Thank you so much for joining this fledgling community. I have been working hard on it and it is truly a labor of love. It has a long way to go but please make suggestions, participate, share, etc.
I am absolutely thrilled you trusted me it to stop bye.
Share, share, share your best, most precious photos. Upload your photos to the new Members photo albums and let us see your great friends and family.

We see persons with DS compete in Special Olympics but mostly in short distances. Why not the longer distances, they can with proper training, support and patience. Tips, ideas and dares….
Ryan’s and Michael’s Angels was formed in 2008 and is part of the Alexanders Angels Org. We participated in the 2008 Long Island Buddy Walk for Down Syndrome and will also walk in this years Long Island Buddy Walk on Oct. 18, 2009 at Nassau Community College in Garden City, L.I.
The L.I. Buddy Walk reaches out to friends, family and co-workers to promote awareness and inclusion for people with Down syndrome and to raise money for research, education and advocacy programs.
For people who play instruments and are interested in music.
I imagine this group could be supportive for those of us who have either in our home or outside our home, a grown up Down’s Syndrome individual.
