Hi Amy, I am not sure if you may have had an amnio by now. I choose to and was glad that I did. I found out in advance about the down syndrome and I was able to receive the extra medical attention that my son needed while in the womb. We had a safe and beautiful delivery, but it was nice knowing the extra specialists were on hand, if needed.

Finding out about Hudson’s condition was indeed life-altering and, if your child does have down syndrome, just have faith. My son is such a blessing and I thank God every day for him.
