I have heard of this and it can be common. I was also told not to carry my child off my hips to prevent problems. Have you heard of the SHRINERS program, there is one in MPLS but they are all over and have GREAT Doctors.

I never heard of it being heritarey(SP) But there has been some people told their child will be born with downsyndrome and the test were wrong and the baby was fine. It doesn’t happen everyday but it does happen. I’ll pray for you.

I guess I posted in the wrong area. oops. You are headed into a life time of real love from your child. They are neurtured thru our love and commitment. IF you tell me what your looking for I’d be glad to talk to you. I myself believe that our children with special needs who have love and support excel. There are lots of books and info out there. She is young but you will be able to see as her mental health grows with her:)

Thats great, are you getting nervous about puberty with her? I’m not sure how to teach Kylie because I had a hysterectomy. The book I bought has WAY to many pictures for her age.
