    Hi Kari, I’m just finding this group…have you made any decisions yet? My kids were born in Albuquerque, NM and they had a great early intervention program; but, we moved when they were 2 so not sure of programs after that. Jacksonville, NC is NOT a place with great resources.

    My son Connor was slow in getting his teeth as well. His twin sister had a mouth full and he was no where close. In retrospect I truly believe there are no “mistakes” and the slow process of teething goes along with giving your son time to develop the proper muscle tone with jaws, tongue, mouth, throat, digestive system etc to be able to…[Read more]

    First let me say CONGRATULATIONS on the special blessing you’ve been given. I never imagined life with these guys would be this fabulous.     Hi Jen I have 3 1/2 year old boy-girl twins. My son Connor has DS and my daughter Amanda does not. I’m just joining the group and it’s taking some time to figure it out.
